Non-Acceptance of Returns

If you’re new to shopping at Lacantus Store, you may not be aware that all of our High-End and Luxury products undergo a meticulous inspection process. Our logistics team conducts a thorough check before shipping, ensuring that every product is in impeccable condition, including verifying battery charge to prevent any issues that may arise during storage. This meticulous procedure is designed to provide double assurance that only flawless products are delivered to our customers.

Due to our unwavering confidence in the quality and condition of our products, which has been reinforced through years of experience and customer satisfaction, we generally do not offer returns for purchased luxury or high-end items. This decision is rooted in our commitment to delivering consistently exceptional products to our valued customers. However, there are a few exceptions to this policy, which are outlined below.

We appreciate your understanding and trust in Lacantus Store, and we are dedicated to ensuring that your shopping experience with us exceeds your expectations.

1. Non-Acceptance of Returns:

We do not accept returns for any reason other than those outlined in the exceptions section below.

2. Exception Cases:

a. Defective or Damaged Products: If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us to returns@34.134.160.140 within 5 business days of receiving your order. If you provide all the required and specific documentation (details, proofs, etc) for deeply analyze your case and take a final decision, we will gladly provide a replacement or refund of your item.

b. Incorrect Item Received: In the event that you receive the wrong item, please notify us immediately to returns@lacantus.com. We will arrange for the correct item to be shipped to you at no additional cost, or provide a refund if preferred, after the item is returned to us.

c. Product Not as Described: If the product you receive does not match the global description provided on our website or other marketing materials, please contact us to returns@lacantus.com to discuss available options for resolution.

d. Missing Parts or Accessories: If your order is missing parts or accessories, please let us know, and we will work to rectify the issue promptly.

3. Conditions for Returns:

  1. Eligibility for Returns:
    • To qualify for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all packaging and tags intact.
    • Special ordered watches are not eligible for the 5-day return policy.
    • You may need to provide proof of purchase, such as an Lacantus Store receipt or invoice.
    • Do not return your purchase to Lacantus Store without receiving authorization from our staff.
    • Any attempts to alter the strap or bracelet may result in damage to the watch case, making it ineligible for return.
    • Previously incurred customs fees and taxes are non-refundable but can be pursued through customs if desired.
    • Returns must be initiated within five days and the merchandise must be received at our facility within seven days after generating a return label.
    • Pre-owned items may be returned if they are in the same condition as sold and include all original accessories.
  2. Non-Acceptance of Returns and Exchanges if:
    • The watch/item has been used, worn, or altered in any way, including engraving, sizing, or removing links.
    • The bracelet or strap has been used, worn, sized, or altered.
    • The watch/item is a custom order or unique piece.
    • Any paperwork or accessories are missing from the return.
    • The watch/item was shipped outside the US.

Please note:

  • We are not liable for lost packages during the return/exchange process.
  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Please notice, if your item was purchased from our European warehouse, you are responsible for all shipping costs, including custom duties and taxes.

  • – Partially accepted **
  •  – Refused : you’ll receive an e-mail with reason

4. Return Process:

Step #1: To start a return or exchange, please email returns@lacantus.com, and we will guide you through the process.

Step #2: After confirming your return/exchange request via email, we will assess your eligibility. If approved, we’ll provide instructions for shipping your package back to us.

Step #3: Upon receiving your package, we’ll inspect it to ensure the watch remains undamaged and retains its value. Please refer to the terms and conditions below for complete details.

Step #4: Once the inspection is satisfactory, we’ll promptly issue a full refund to your original payment method (or any other selected by Lacantus Store). Typically, this process takes 4-10 business days.

5. Contact Us:

If you believe your situation qualifies for a return or exchange under one of the exception cases listed above, please contact our customer service team at returns@lacantus.com within 5 days of receiving your order.

6. Discretionary Returns:

In rare cases, we may accept returns at our discretion for reasons not covered by the exceptions listed above. Any such returns are subject to a restocking fee and must be approved by our customer service team.

7. Final Sale Items:

Certain items may be designated as final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances. These items will be clearly marked as such on our website or in-store.

8. Refunds:

Refunds could be issued in the original form of payment or as store credit, as determined by Lacantus Store. Please allow 4 / 10 business days for the refund to be processed once the returned item is received, inspected and accepted.

8. Modification of Policy:

Lacantus Store reserves the right to modify or amend this return policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or in-store.
